Graham is having the greatest time at art class!

He also received a very exciting care package from Grammy today which included a wallet just for Graham. He spent most of the afternoon sorting through the cards and putting the coins in and out of the coin pouch. Thank you Grammy!

Graham spent most of Toddler Time at the Y squirreling away the plastic stars he's clutching in his hands and chasing Ellie and Bennett.

After a weekend spent inside nursing a cold, Graham shook off his cabin fever by playing hide & seek with Phoebe!

Painting party with Sam! Both kids are more interested in stockpiling paint than creating a work of art at this point.

Graham presented an argument for being ambidextrous before playgroup with a bunch of his buddies (Noah B., Katherine, Graham, Noah S., Maddie, Bella, Norah).

With a little help, Graham drew a get-well-soon card for our friend Brian, who is going through a rough time recovering from a very bad infection. Please join us in sending him prayers and healing thoughts.

Thank you Auntie Mac and Uncle Jim for the monkey hat & mittens! Graham paired them with snowpants and his warmest coat for a very chilly trip to the playground this afternoon.

Graham's first time sneaking into a concert underage. (Recommended ages 3-10.) Graham and Daddy went together, and when they came home, Graham told me about the "bird in the hat" (there was a magician) and the "girl in the hoop" (the band had dancers).

Graham is enrolled in "practically preschool" this winter. This is his first school experience and the first time I've dropped him off anywhere. Insultingly enough, he is totally fine with being dropped off and seems to love "class," especially his teachers, Miss Annie and Miss Erin.

Graham loves wearing necklaces. Here he is reading books at playgroup wearing all of Eric's mardi gras beads.

Lunchtime! Graham enthusiastically eats most fruits, dairy and carbs right now. He likes certain veggies--mostly beans (edamame is a favorite!), carrots, peas, corn and avocado. He avoids meat except in sandwiches.

Graham and Phoebe dined out at Moo Burger this evening. They kept each other entertained for an amazing 90 minutes and impressed the neighboring table by scarfing down frozen peas while waiting for their dinners.

Graham spent the whole day leading up to dinner talking about having a "hot dog party," which a couple characters in one of his books have, but when his food arrived, he was only interested in the fries.

Graham made a return trip to the Brooklyn Children's Museum with Bella this morning. It was pretty amazing to see how differently he interacted with the toys than at our last visit, in August. Graham loved pouring water and sand through the mills and probably would have spent all morning doing that if Bella hadn't lost interest and lured him over to the grocery store.

Graham picked up a new dance move today--the moonwalk! Thanks for the snowman PJs, Nana--they are Graham's insta-favorites.

Popping bubbles at Kidville with Daddy. Graham (and I) are loving having Will home for the week.

We took our first trip to the transit museum where Graham had a great time driving the buses and racing through the old trains.

At today's playgroup, Graham and Luca demonstrated some pretty impressive cooperation and stacking skills. It's been great to have family time over the holidays, but I think Graham missed seeing his buddies on a regular basis.
