Today, Graham spent the morning with Daddy, then worked on rolling (not over yet...), and finally nibbled on Knuffle Bunny.

Graham and I babysat Graham's friend Penny today while her mom went on an interview. Graham slept through nearly the entire visit, so Penny was overjoyed to see him when he woke up. Graham, however, was not too sure he wanted a visitor in his play area.

Graham's favorite game these days is grabbing Daddy's hair. He also loves grabbing noses and ears and sticking his fingers into mouths (his, yours, anyone's). A little reading never hurt either.

Graham is getting better at tripod sitting. He balanced for a few minutes this time. Don't worry--there are fingers just outside of view ready to steady him if necessary!

Graham pats his cat Marlon while looking at a very Brooklyn view--fire escape and the backs of brownstones.

Graham has been a great napper lately. Too good today--6:15 pm and still asleep. I see a late bedtime in our future....

Exciting day around here! Graham and his parents met up with the Woods (photographer Craig not pictured) at Shake Shack, where the non-milk drinkers enjoyed shack burgers and concretes. Meanwhile, Graham unwrapped a present from the Woods--very adorable bath toys which he is excited to put into action. Then Daddy went back to work and everyone else trucked over to the Empire State Building. After enjoying the view, Graham perfectly timed a meltdown to get to skip to the front of the down-elevator line. After a nap/stroll through Greenwich Village, Graham headed back to Brooklyn for a little park time before bedtime.

Happy father's day to the best daddy a little Graham could hope for!

Graham seems to be handling his 4-month shots better than the 2 and 3-month ones. Updated stats: he's 26.9 inches long (96th percentile); weighs 15 lb, 8oz (61st percentile); and has a 43.8 cm head circumference (84th percentile).

17 weeks, 4 days.

A few of Graham's friends came over to play this afternoon. Unfortunately, Graham was not a very gracious host--he took a nap half-way through the playdate and so is not pictured here.

Uncle Michael teaches the Grahaminator an exciting game: shredding paper!

Marlon has been very affectionate towards Graham lately--lots of head-butting and licks.

Another day of meeting new friends. Graham hung out with his cousins Ann and Sarah and then did a little reading. Ann made the lovely quilt that he lay on to read Baby Bear.

Graham celebrated his 4-month birthday by meeting his Uncle Michael and playing with his feet, clad in his awesome chucks socks.

Drooly McDroolersons hangs out on his cousin's activity mat. Apparently, this is "pre-teething."

Graham doesn't think that his romper competes too much with the quilt (but his mama thinks this is a lot of look).

Graham and Daddy enjoy a little story before bedtime.
